Leonardo da Vinci

His name was not actually Leonardo da Vinci. His birth name was Leonardo di Ser Piero de Vinci. Which means, Leonardo son Ser Piero, from the town of Vinci. He was born on April 15, 1452, in Florence, a town near Mount Tuscany. She was the illegitimate child of Ser Piero, a wealthy Florentine notary, and Katrina, a farmer's daughter. He had twelve siblings from his father's three marriages.

The youngest child was born when Leonardo was 40 years old. He went to school for a very short time. From there he could only learn to write, speak and do simple mathematics. However, instead of going to school, he did most of his studies on his own. From an early age his interests were artistic. A memory of Leonardo is recorded in the Codex Atlantic. Writing about flying birds, he recalls that when he was a small child, one day a kite came to his cradle. The kite's drooping tail touched his mouth and he opened his mouth. But many also call it a fabricated story. When he was eight years old, his family moved to Florence. At the age of 14 he began to learn sculpture and painting from the famous Florentine painter Andrea del Varocio. In this art studio, metal and wood work was also taught. He initially (in 1473) painted with pen and ink. Her world-famous paintings include The Virgin of Rocks, Lady with an Ermine, Vitruvian Man, The Last Super, and Mona Lisa.

He was an Italian polymath of the Renaissance period. Polymath to know the intricacies of various subjects. He can be called a painter, sculptor, theoretical researcher, engineer, architect, writer, geologist, astronomer, botanist. But it was his early popularity as a painter. At first he was famous for his paintings and commentaries on various issues. The subjects of his essays in his notes were anatomy, astronomy, cartography etc.

He has the status of the greatest painter in the history of art. He is also called the founder of the Renaissance. Even after the loss of his work, his paintings became famous all over the world. Among them, The Last Super Religious Painting was the talk of the town. Vitruvian man painting is considered a cultural icon. Magnum Ops and Mona Lisa paintings are considered among his best paintings. These are his world famous paintings. During a 2017 auction, his paintings sold for a record 450.3.

Evidence of his technical prowess is that the armored flying machines he suggested were designs of solar-powered coupling machines, double-barreled machines, some of which were actually built by him while he was still alive. His small inventions included a self-spinning thread, a wire-pulling machine. He did not publish the findings of Anatomy, Civil Engineering, Hydrodynamics, Geology, Optics etc. But his discoveries did affect the scientific community. He lived in France for the last three years.
